Re: Automatically choose language based on url arguments
Thank you for the response, I tried that and it worked, but it also made my code messy and non-portable, so I'll stick with not using external html and hope that one day pano2vr will get an option to check external flags without having to use external html. For example: if <param name="lang&quo...

Automatically choose language based on url arguments
My website is both in Polish and in English, the two parts are completely separate. When someone loads panos from the English section the url passes these arguments: /en_showpano.php?p= name_of_the_pano_file &f= pano_file_format I could very easily add &lang=en, but how do I set my panorama ...

Shift/CTRL don't work in full screen mode
Hey
I can use shift/ctrl to zoom in/out when in windowed mode, but when I switch to fullscreen, only the cursor keys work for panning, shift/ctrl stop working. Any idea where the problem is? Is this a pano2vr bug?

Test loading bar without uploading
Hey
How can I test my loading progress bar (and other things) without having to upload each time? Opening locally is instant.
Also is it possible to turn on some FPS indication? I'd like to see how using buttons and changing alpha influences FPS.

Re: transparent background
So why are the options still there? Will they be removed in the future, or will you add back transparency-while-loading in the future? Of course once loaded I don't want any transparency.

transparent background
I would like the swf panorama to be transparent while loading. Is this possible? In "Advanced settings" > "Download/Preview" I set "type" to "none", selected a red color and set its alpha channel to 0. Saved, tested, it wasn't transparent. Changed "type&q...

Re: 360icon - Spherical Panoramas of Abandoned Places
Most (all?) links open in a new window/tab, thats not good. Also the buttons in the panorama swf files dont work in Konqueror. This is an issue Konqueror has with some flash files, and I do not know what exactly causes this. My own pano2vr panoramas sometimes have buttons, e.g. I tested two yesterda...

virtual tour
Hey I would like to learn how (whether it is possible) to create virtual tours using Pano2VR. Ideally I would like to have a minimap of the house/park/city/place with dots showing where the panos were taken from, and it would be nice (but not necessary) if each dot showed a field of view arc that co...

Re: Convert .mov to .swf w/ a .jpg Thumbnail
You suggest I constrain to mainstream browsers? Well I suggest you expand to facilitate others! Surely it cannot be hard to change your method of creating links in flash files to one that does work on non-mainstream browsers (assuming you wrote the program/applet that created that flash file).

Re: Convert .mov to .swf w/ a .jpg Thumbnail
The different panoramas are visible, but clicking on them to open one doesnt work in all browsers. Worked in Firefox, didnt work in Konqueror. I would never use a flash menu on a website unless a client would explicitly demand that.

Re: Fullscreen Flash and IE Flash plugin 9.0.115.0 (WinXP)
Try opening .mov panos in free-pv (cross-platform). You will not want to go back to cumbersome flash as far as fullscreen panos go. free-pv has the best fps of any pano viewer i tried. If you want high quality fullscreen panos on your site, after looking at windowed flash panoramas your users will w...

fullscreen with quicktime mov
I created a fullscreen button for my flash panos, how can I make such a fullscreen button for QuickTime panos? If not such a button, is there any other way to make easy fullscreen functionality?
